The hotel has 150 rooms and suites, each uniquely designed and decorated with luxurious furniture and material. Rooms have perfectly merged traditional style with modern amenities to provide maximum comfort. Room sizes are in the range from 27 m2 to 95 m2 and Madam Butterfly Suite is 180 m2.

All rooms are facilitated with large flat-screen TVs, a professional sound system, a coffee/tea making station, a safety deposit box, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower, and anti-allergy pillows, among other items.

Each room is also provided with a fully stocked personal bar and in-room refrigerator. Alcohol-free drinks are free of charge.

The hotel has several bars and dining options on-premises: Restaurants Rote Bar and Grüne Bar with distinctive red and green designs, serving traditional and international cuisine; Blaue Bar, designed in blue, offering relaxing apéritif before dinner; Sacher Eck Wien, a classically opulent cafe serving sweets and original Sacher Torte; Café Sacher Wien, another classic Vienna coffeehouse and Salon Sacher, designed in the style of Paris from the 1920s.
